Country Club of Columbus

Est. 1909

Today, the Country Club of Columbus remains a hidden gem where history cannot just be found in one place.
“The Country Club of Columbus has been a beacon of light above Cherokee Avenue for almost 100 years. It has survived a late-night fire and a tornado that threatened golfers on a late Saturday afternoon. It has been built and rebuilt. It has been reached by horse-drawn carriage and by motor car. It has cultivated talented men and women who for generations have put gold and silver in it’s trophy cases. The world around it has changed and so has the Country Club of Columbus, but through all these changes it has reflected the grace & charm of the families that have been a part of the Grand Ole Club since 1909.”
